Trey Carlisle, O.D.

Dr. Carlisle was raised on a ranch near Slapout, OK. He graduated from Laverne High School in 2002. After high school Dr. Carlisle recieved his Bachelor of Science majoring in Biology in 2006 from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva, Oklahoma. Dr. Carlisle then attended the Oklahoma College of Optometry in Tahlequah, OK. Dr. Carlisle recieved his doctor of optometry degree in 2011 graduating with honors. He is licensed to practice optometry in Oklahoma and Kansas, as well as laser certified in Oklahoma. Before starting his practice in Beaver, OK Dr. Carlisle did a externship with BVA and The Laser Center.

Dr. Carlisle specializes in full scope family eye care and managment.

In his off time Dr. Carlisle enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as working with his family on their ranch operation near Slapout.

 

Stacia Cates,

Stacia is originally from Burlington, OK but later moved to Muskogee, OK where she attended high school. She went on to graduate from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Nutritional Sciences. After college, she met and married, Theron Cates, from Balko, OK where they currently reside.

Stacia enjoys spending time with her family, following them to school and sporting events, and traveling as much as possible.
